Marcy’s Bio
Marcy Rosenbaum is President of Consulting Alliance 2.0 and Catalyst-in-Chief for IDEAzation, a website portal for people who imagine problems differently.
Rosenbaum is a management development specialist with an interest in innovation, leadership and organization development. She is an accomplished writer and trainer, and has designed customized high performance workshops for businesses and organizations for more than 20 years.
EXPERIENCE:
The Consulting Alliance designed and implemented customized training curriculum for Lever Brothers, Unilever and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, and created action-learning project management programs for Ciba-Geigy, Mercer, World Bank, and Allied Domecq.
She provided strategic planning facilitation for the National Tay-Sachs and Allied Diseases Association; the Florida Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Association; and the Florida Brain Injury Association.
Marcy served in senior management roles as the Director of the Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership at the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County; as Florida Director for Anti-Defamation League (ADL); and Director of Worldwide Training and Organization Development for Harcourt (Brace) Inc., an educational and learning services company. She spent six years in a series of increasingly senior internal consulting roles on Wall Street from during the 1980′s, with a specialization in productivity improvement and information technology implementation.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Marcy holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from American University in Washington, D.C. She completed her B.A. degree from SUNY at Empire State College, an independent-study mentor-based contractual learning program.
She earned certification in training and facilitation in a two-year program with the NTL Institute; is certified by the Harvard Negotiation Project to teach the program “Getting to Yes”; and completed training as a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) with the Knowledge Management Institute.
She has been an adjunct professor at Babson College in Wellesley, MA as well as at Thunderbird International Graduate School in Phoenix, AZ.
